Someone once asked me why I put so much effort into making my meals look and taste so fancy. I believe Mouth Watering Recipes fuel our resolve. They turn on the senses and help us tune in. They help us be present while dining, and really enjoy our meals, and hopefully feel more satisfied with “just enough.” Healthy doesn’t have to mean boring and bland, and it also doesn’t have to mean complicated. But the more beautiful and delicious your healthy meals are, the more you’ll want to continue on the delectable journey! So although I no longer pore over Saveur magazine for cheese, butter and flour-soaked entrees that take hours to make, I do make healthy meals with the same presentation panache and perfect combinations of flavor and texture to delight my senses and leave me feeling satiated yet energized to go on with my day. That’s what I call delectable!
